Declaration on accessibility
Information in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG)
This accessibility statement applies to the website: https://www.delikaterie.at
We endeavour to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act as amended to implement the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
Status of compatibility with the requirements
This website is partially compliant with conformance level AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Web – WCAG 2.1’ or with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.
The WCAG 2.2 guideline for accessible web content was adhered to as far as possible.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons. However, the listed incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are constantly being corrected and revised.
Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:
Documents: PDF documents that are not yet accessible are available on the website. If you need help with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact office@delikaterie.at. In this case, we will endeavour to make the content available to you in a suitable manner as far as possible.
Videos: Subtitles are missing for some recorded videos, meaning that the spoken content is not available for deaf users.
Images: The embedded images should all have an alternative text so that this information is accessible to screen reader users. If you notice an image without alternative text, please let us know immediately.
Navigation: Navigation through the website is sometimes not fully possible using the keyboard (e.g. menus or booking forms).
Contrast: We have endeavoured to design the homepage with high contrast. If the contrast of some elements is not sufficient for you, please let us know.
Links: In some cases, links on the website only differ from the body text when they are actively selected, which is why accessibility restrictions may occur. However, most links are highlighted as a separate button or in colour.
Headings: The heading hierarchy is sometimes irregular, but in our view correct and comprehensible. Under certain circumstances, heading hierarchies may not always make sense, making the structure of the article more difficult to understand.
Disproportionate burden:
For economic and organisational reasons, it is not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.
Some of the videos shown are hosted and published on the video platform YouTube. It is not possible to provide the required audio descriptions for some of these videos. We are of the opinion that a correction would represent a disproportionate burden in terms of accessibility regulations.
The contents do not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
Older documents and content that are not accessible are available on the website. As these were published before 28 June 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
The website contains documents, links and content from third parties that are not within the sphere of influence of Kurhaus Bad Gleichenberg GmbH and are neither developed, financed nor controlled. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of third-party content with the accessibility regulations and these are therefore also excluded from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
Preparation of the accessibility declaration
This declaration was created on 28/06/2025.
The compatibility of the website with the BaFG was assessed in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.2.

Enforcement proceedings
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above contact option, you can submit a complaint to the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form.
Contact form of the complaints office
The complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an organisation attributable to it.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG must make recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the existing deficiencies.
