Japan Meets the Culinary World of Styria at Delikaterie

Let the Japanese–Styrian fusion melt on your tongue. Mario Krenn combines and transforms typical Styrian ingredients such as pumpkin seed oil with traditional Japanese dishes, blending everything into a unique 4-course fusion menu. Christian Felsberger serves the perfectly matched beverages and house wines to accompany the menu.

The courses can also be ordered individually.

TIP: A selection of additional dishes is also available for those who don’t exclusively enjoy Japanese cuisine.
