Let the Japanese–Styrian fusion melt on your tongue. Mario Krenn combines and transforms typical Styrian ingredients such as pumpkin seed oil with traditional Japanese dishes, blending everything into a unique 4-course fusion menu. Christian Felsberger serves the perfectly matched beverages and house wines to accompany the menu.
The courses can also be ordered individually.
