We are proud to use regional products of the highest quality in our creative dishes. Our dedicated team focuses on fresh ingredients and excellent service to offer you an unforgettable culinary experience.
Who are we?
Our team in the restaurant and in the Delikaterie coffee house spoil our guests with culinary delights, passion and dedication. The most important thing here is always fresh products from regional suppliers, with whom our head chef Mario Krenn is in regular personal contact.
Christian Felsberger complements the dishes with excellent wines from the Thermen- und Vulkanland region, as well as from top Austrian and international wine-growing regions.
Nicole Trummer is the good soul in the coffee house and serves our guests a delicious breakfast early in the morning. Together with Dominik Fitz from EINFACH FiTZ, she also ensures that the tartlets and macaroons at Kaffeehaus Delikaterie are fresh every day.
Our declared aim with the Delikaterie is to create a varied culinary experience for locals and guests alike!

A few words about us and how our passion became a tasty delicacy ...
In April 2006, I started my professional career at the Saziani Stub’n in Straden as an apprentice catering specialist. 10 years later, I was able to enter into my partnership for life with Jörg Siegel and our company, SHR Beteiligung GmbH. In between, I gained a lot of experience, whether professionally in Graz, Munich, Sotchi, Bangkok or via the second educational path at the Tourism College and the M/O/T School of Management in Klagenfurt.
