RESERVATION & CONTACT

DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Reservations are not mandatory, but are recommended – especially at weekends and on public holidays.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Reservations can be cancelled by telephone or e-mail. We ask for timely cancellation.

IS A CANCELLATION ALWAYS FREE OF CHARGE?
Yes, cancellations are always free of charge with us.

CAN THE RESTAURANT BE HIRED FOR PRIVATE PARTIES OR EVENTS?
Yes, you can hire the entire restaurant! Alternatively, we offer a separate room, the Cursalon – ideal for weddings, birthdays, graduation parties, seminars and more. The room can accommodate up to 30 people. Please contact us at office@delikaterie.at or by telephone on +43 3159 44 606 for further information.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept cash, debit card, Mastercard and Visa.

CAN I BRING MY DOG WITH ME?
Dogs are very welcome here.

CAN YOU SIT OUTSIDE WITH YOU?
Yes, we have a cosy outdoor area with seating.

ARE YOU ALSO OPEN ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Our opening hours may vary on public holidays. Please check our website or our social media channels for more information.

WHERE CAN I PARK IF I COME BY CAR?
There are public car parks nearby – some of which are free of charge. We also offer our own car park directly in front of the restaurant.

IS THE RESTAURANT BARRIER-FREE?
Yes, our restaurant is barrier-free.

DO YOU ALSO OFFER VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN DISHES?
Yes, we have a selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes on our menu.

ARE THERE ALLERGEN-FREE MEALS?
Not allergen-free in the strict sense – but we are happy to advise you individually and adapt dishes where possible.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL OPTIONS FOR CERTAIN DIETS (E.G. LOW CARB, PALEO)?
Regularly not – but gladly on pre-order.

DO YOU OFFER LACTOSE-FREE DISHES?
Yes, many of our dishes can be prepared lactose-free. Please simply ask us when ordering.

DO YOU SERVE GLUTEN-FREE FOOD?
Yes, many of our dishes can be prepared gluten-free. Please let us know when you place your order.

ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS REGIONAL AND/OR ORGANIC?
We attach great importance to regionality and prefer to use seasonal products.

DO YOU ALSO OFFER TAKEAWAY FOOD?
Yes, our dishes can also be ordered to take away.

DO YOU USE SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING?
Yes, we use paper packaging and pay attention to environmentally friendly materials.

IS THERE FREE WIFI IN THE RESTAURANT?
Yes, we provide our guests with free WLAN.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN YOUR HOUSE?
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted on our terrace.

DO YOU ALSO OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers in any amount from us – ideal as a gift for family, friends or colleagues. The vouchers are available directly on site.

DO YOU ALSO HAVE A SHOP WITH REGIONAL PRODUCTS?
Yes, our Delikaterie-shop is located directly in the restaurant. There we offer high-quality, regional specialities. The shop is open during restaurant and coffee house opening hours.
